COVID-19 POLOCY

Purpose: 

Health and safety of clients and practitioners. Women’s Wisdom LLC has gathered information from health authorities and the CDC based on their recommendations the following policy and guidelines. 

Client Questionnaire:
If clients answer yes to any of the following questions they will be asked to reschedule their appointments until the have been symptom free for 14day. 

Have you or any of your recent acquaintances tested positive for COVID-19?

Or any other communicable diseases? 

Have you recently acquired any of the following respiratory symptoms: shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, cough, persistent pain, pressure or tightness in your chest?

Have you recently acquired digestive issues, stomach ache, diarrhea, loss or change in sense of taste?

Have you recently had or have a fever of 99.4 or higher?

Have you recently had body aches, chills, or an over all sense of not feeling well? 

Office Procedures:
Temperature screening for all clients upon arrival. Clients with a fever greater than 100.4 will be rescheduled. 

Hand washing or sanitizer upon arrival for clients and practitioners. 

Clients must wear a mask upon entering the building and during their appointments. 

Spacing of clients to allow for sanitization of equipment and spaces between clients.
